Our clients ask what happens to their data. What do we answer?
The firm stays the controller of mission content, and Bekames processes it under a GDPR article 28 contract. That signed contract answers your clients' procurement.
Can our IT department restrict the models?
Yes, from a list of allowed models, with models hosted in Europe by default. Each task goes to a suited model on the list, and the seat price stays the same.
What does the Workspace connect to on day one?
Consultants sign in through the firm's identity provider, and joiners and leavers sync with its directory. A Bekames engineer connects the firm's documents during setup.
Which workflows come first?
Diagnose scores your team's internal activities and missions on value against delivery cost, and selects the first workflows.
What happens if we leave?
Your firm has 30 days to export its data as open files. Bekames then deletes it within 30 days in production and 90 in backups.
