Every mission, in one Workspace
Work on every mission with an AI that already knows it, every decision and the reason behind it, always current.
Every session enriches the mission.
- Session 1 · 14 SeptemberObjectives and scope set
- Session 2 · 18 SeptemberScope corrected, stores and logistics
- Session 3 · 25 SeptemberTarget design due 23 October
- Session 4 · 2 OctoberPilot sites decision moved to the steering committee
- One shared space per mission
Decisions, sessions and files in one place, filed by subject, shared by the mission team.
- Every session adds to it
What a session settles is kept for the next one, filed under the categories the firm sets.
- The consultant decides
The AI proposes what the mission keeps, the consultant confirms it, and the team works from checked facts.
A general assistant starts from zero
The consultant re-explains the client, the scope and what was decided the day before. The Workspace starts from the mission.
As a reminder, the client is Veltra Retail, an operating model review. The scope now covers the stores and the logistics. We moved the pilot sites decision to the steering committee, and the target design is due on 23 October. With all that, draft the steering committee agenda for Thursday.
Could you share the mission's objectives and the milestones already set?
The same brief, typed again in every conversation
Draft the steering committee agenda for Thursday.
The agenda follows the milestones due before the 23rd. The steering committee date is missing from the mission context. Is it Thursday 15 October?

From setup to the next mission
01Setup
Setup by a Bekames engineer
The firm's templates, structures and standards go into the Workspace, with its past proposals and references.
- The firm sets the categories its missions are filed under.
- The firm chooses the AI models its consultants may use.
- Rights follow each role, from partner to analyst.
02Kickoff
Five questions, and the AI knows the mission
The AI files what it learns by subject and prepares what each session needs to know.
- Client, title, context, objectives, dates. The AI follows up when an answer stays vague.
- The AI proposes how the mission is filed, and the consultant corrects it.
- Every session of the mission starts from these answers.

03Session
The assistant works on the mission's context
One request, and the AI already has what it needs to know.
- It checks that the scope corrected on 18 September reaches the target design of the 23rd.
- It drafts the steering committee agenda from the mission's deadlines and decisions.
- It asks for the steering committee date, missing from the context.
- Skills run a session's recurring tasks in the firm's templates, each one triggered by the consultant.

04End of session
The consultant confirms what the mission keeps
The AI prepares the mission log, the consultant ticks it. What the team relies on tomorrow is what a consultant confirmed today.
- Every entry carries a consultant's tick.
- A correction is added, and the log keeps the earlier version with its date.
- What the consultant confirms serves every later session.

05Next morning
The mission, up to date each morning
Deadlines, new facts, last session and commitments to confirm, gathered on one screen.
- The mission over time. A calendar shows every deadline.
- What's new. A fact or a decision entered by the team joins the mission once a consultant ticks it.
- Where I left off. The consultant picks up from the last session, by asking or with one click on Resume session.
- To confirm. Every commitment made during the mission becomes a dated entry.

06Week four
Up to speed on day one
A new consultant opens the mission and finds its objectives, its decisions and its last sessions.
- The dated decisions, the current scope and the open points are already written down.
- The assistant answers their questions from the mission's own history.

07End of mission
The firm keeps what the mission learned
The mission exports as open files, owned by the firm.
- The method and the knowledge stay in the Workspace when a consultant leaves.

The firm sets the rules
Rights by role
Partner, manager, analyst and external contributor each see what their role allows.
Each mission walled off
A mission's documents and context serve that mission only.
Every action traced
Every request and every answer is logged and traced back to its source.
